Upgrade to professional
I have the evaluation version (now expired) and my manager has sent me a license file for the pro version. How can I get the pro version? I can't see how to download it without paying again, and the evaluation version ignores the license file.

Here is how to download and activate LogMX Pro:
- Go to https://logmx.com/update
- Enter your "Client ID" and "Invoice Number" (both written on your invoice that was sent by e-mail during the Purchase)
- Download & Install LogMX Pro
- Copy your license file ("license.properties") in the "config/" directory of LogMX Pro

I am traveling and want to download the professional version (which I have a license for and installed on my desktop), however when I try to download per the above instructions I get an error - invalid download id (9).you are not allowed access to this file at this time.
I live in the USA but am traveling in India. Is that the reason or can I only have it on one computer?
