If you think LogMX needs a new useful feature!

In the context of log files, there would not be a need for this. However, LogMX (in the spirit of Massive eXtensibility) easily lends itself to other files, such as configuration files which have no timestamps. With non-log files, although I can at least enjoy a tree sorted on Emitter, it would be more helpful to sort any column of my choice. Additionally, it would be desirable to have an option to disable dot parsing of tree nodes, so (for example) "x.y.z", instead of breaking out into three lines of two packages and a node, is displayed as one line in the tree.
